Unless otherwise stated, our Products are licensed to you and are not sold as a transfer of ownership of the underlying intellectual property.
Upon successful purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the applicable Product according to the license type, number of permitted websites, and other restrictions stated on the relevant Product page.
You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, publicly share, or provide unauthorized access to our proprietary Product files or license keys.

Unless otherwise stated, a subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
You may cancel an upcoming renewal before the renewal date using the available subscription-management options or by contacting us.

For transactions processed through Paddle, subscription management and recurring billing may also be subject to Paddle’s applicable buyer terms.
7. Product Updates and Technical Support
The duration of Product updates and Technical Support depends on the license option purchased and is stated on the relevant Product page.

Technical Support is intended to assist with the installation, configuration, licensing, updates, and proper functioning of our Products.
Unless separately stated on a Product page, Technical Support does not include custom software development, custom feature implementation, third-party software development, website development, or general consulting services.

After successful payment, we will make reasonable efforts to provide the purchased Product, download access, license information, or activation instructions without unnecessary delay.
Customers are responsible for downloading and installing the Product on their own compatible WordPress website or websites.
Where a Product requires a license key or activation system, you may be required to activate the Product using the license information provided after purchase.
License activation may require certain technical information, such as the website domain or installation information, in order to provide licensing, updates, and Technical Support.
