Overview

Our refund policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we are unfortunately unable to offer you a refund. Because our Products are digital plugins and downloads, there is nothing to physically return.

Eligibility for a Refund

You may request a refund within 15 days of your purchase if:

• the Product does not work as described and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time;
• you experience a significant, reproducible technical problem that our support team cannot fix;
• you were charged in error or charged more than once for the same order.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available where:

• more than 15 days have passed since the date of purchase;
• you have changed your mind after the Product has been downloaded and is functioning as described;
• the issue is caused by a third-party theme, plugin, hosting environment, or custom code rather than our Product;
• you request a refund for a license renewal that you did not cancel before it was processed;
• the Product was purchased during a clearly marked non-refundable or final-sale promotion.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at abpteam24@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the problem. Please give our support team a fair opportunity to resolve any technical issue before requesting a refund — most problems can be fixed quickly.

Processing Your Refund

Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable period, typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider and bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

License Renewals

Where a Product is sold with an automatically renewing license, you may cancel the renewal at any time before the renewal date to avoid being charged. Renewal charges are subject to the same 15-day refund window described above.
